Job Summary
Customer Support Representative French Porto (On-site)
Join a dynamic on-site customer support team in Porto and use your French language skills in an international work environment.
This role is open only to locally based candidates with valid work authorization.
Position Details
Location: Porto Portugal (On-site)
Eligibility: Only candidates living within 30 km of Porto
Work Authorization: Valid Portuguese work permit required

Salary & Benefits
Total monthly gross salary: over 1400 (12-month basis) including:

Base salary: 930 gross on 14 months

Guaranteed bonus: 100 gross (or more based on performance) for the first 3 months

Meal allowance: 9 per working day (net via meal card)

Transport reimbursement: up to 40/month
(upon presentation of a monthly public transport pass)
Requirements

French: Fluent / native level

Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset

Comfortable working on-site and in rotating shifts

Must live within 30 km of Porto

Must hold a valid Portuguese work permit
