We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading European consumer credit platform based in Braga.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers providing support related to credit services financing solutions and account inquiries while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Assist customers with credit and account-related questions
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate customer records while respecting compliance and data confidentiality
Build positive customer relationships through excellent service
Requirements
Fluent French (C2 level) mandatory
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Previous experience in customer service or financial services is a plus
Ability to work on-site in Braga with rotational shifts
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: 930 14 months
Performance bonus: 155 12 months
Meal allowance: 7.23/day (net)
Transport allowance: 20/month
Paid training and career development
Working Hours
MondayFriday: 07:0019:00 (rotational shifts)
Saturday: 08:0015:00 (rotational)
2 days off per week: Sunday 1 rotational day
