We are looking for a senior technologist with strong experience in cloud-native product development and AI/GenAI platforms. The role involves driving innovation from concept to production while mentoring teams and partnering closely with business stakeholders.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable cloud-native products from ideation PoC pilot to production rollout.
Architect and implement distributed systems using microservices APIs containers (Docker) Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Build deploy and optimize AI/ML and GenAI solutions including LLM-based applications RAG pipelines and vector databases.
Ensure robust MLOps practices covering model lifecycle management monitoring versioning and continuous improvement.
Design systems adhering to 12-factor app principles focusing on high availability autoscaling resiliency and cost optimization.
Own cloud architecture across AWS/GCP/Azure ensuring security performance and compliance with enterprise standards.
Implement observability solutions for logging monitoring alerting and performance tuning.
Define and execute deployment strategies such as blue-green and canary releases to ensure zero-downtime deployments.
Collaborate with product business and cross-functional teams to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
Mentor and guide engineers set engineering best practices and contribute to technical decision-making in high-ambiguity environments.
Mandate Skills:
7 years of hands-on experience in product development R&D or advanced engineering roles.
Proven track record of delivering production-grade systems not limited to PoCs or prototypes.
Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture using AWS GCP or Azure.
Hands-on experience with Python SQL microservices Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD.
Practical experience with AI/ML GenAI LLMs RAG frameworks vector databases and MLOps.
Strong understanding of cloud security networking fundamentals and best practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good-to-Have / Preferred Skills
Experience designing enterprise-scale AI platforms or internal developer platforms.
Exposure to serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
Experience optimizing cloud costs and performance at scale.
Prior experience in mentoring technical leadership or architecture review boards.
Familiarity with open-source AI/ML frameworks and tooling.
Experience working in fast-paced high-growth or ambiguous environments.
Publications patents or contributions to open-source projects are a plus.
