A Day in the Life

This high-visibility role empowers you to influence market direction lead innovative portfolio initiatives and impact patient care on a large scale. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setup allowing you to operate from anywhere within your country and youll report directly to our regional leadership team based in Dubai and will collaborate virtually with colleagues across the region. The role also requires regular travel within your country to engage with key accounts build relationships on-site and ensure our partners receive the highest level of support and service.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Develop and maintain senior/C-suite level relationships with strategic partners to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Drive and execute portfolio management strategies in collaboration with Business Units to expand and protect market share and optimize pricing
- Understand and align with assigned accounts strategic priorities by developing and implementing value-added programs tailored to each account
- Develop communicate and implement business plans to achieve strategic business targets and drive growth
- Identify and pursue opportunities for ongoing sales growth with key strategic accounts
- Lead high-level negotiations and manage long-term contractual agreements with clients and strategic partners
- Provide guidance and coaching to other sales professionals involved in managing major or complex accounts.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent international degree as per local regulations)
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant sales experience preferably in healthcare MedTech or related industries
- Deep knowledge of strategic account management sales processes and portfolio management
- Proven track record in developing and managing senior/C-suite relationships and closing high-value complex deals
- Expertise in negotiating and managing long-term contractual agreements
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach sales teams or manage multi-stakeholder accounts
- Strong communication presentation and influencing skills with high-level business stakeholders
- In-depth understanding of company products services and market dynamics.
