Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks such as typing data entry and filing
- Prepare and format documents reports and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with the organization and scheduling of meetings and appointments
- Answer phones take messages and redirect calls to appropriate departments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in typing with a high level of accuracy

Good written and verbal communication skills
