Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers providing exceptional assistance via phone email and live chat.
  • Address inquiries regarding our products services and order status with professionalism and empathy.
  • Guide customers through the selection and customization process offering personalized recommendations based on their needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively striving to exceed expectations in every interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions utilizing our CRM system to track and follow up on inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering solutions-oriented service.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • A passion for home organization and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating software systems.
