Inviting applications for the role of Manager- Governance
This is a strategic role in the BidPro team under Growth Operations. It provides significant exposure and experience in the client acquisition/sales process. This role entails partnering with global stakeholders across Sales Solutioning Practice Pricing Transitions Delivery and other support teams to develop and deliver bid proposals to Genpacts clients. We respond to close to 600 RFPs/RFIs a year and need skilled people to drive these deals to ensure industry leading growth rates for Genpact. The person will work closely with the broader deal team to own the final bid deliverables submitted to our clients. The role provides an opportunity to act as a deal partner who jointly owns the deal throughout different phases of bid management proposal planning shaping building refining and submitting. It is an Individual Contributor role but it requires project management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
1. Reporting & Analytics
Develop maintain and enhance periodic reports for the Bid Management function (weekly monthly quarterly).
Generate data-driven insights to support performance tracking and operational improvements.
Utilize advanced Excel functionalities (pivot tables dashboards macros formulas) to create automated accurate and standardized reporting.
Analyze bid performance metrics pipeline status win-loss data and process KPIs.
2. Governance & Process Compliance
Support governance activities across the Bid Management lifecycle ensuring adherence to defined processes templates and approval workflows.
Track compliance metrics and highlight deviations risks or process gaps to leadership.
3. Data Management & Stakeholder Support
Maintain accurate and updated data repositories for bids opportunities and performance dashboards.
Prepare leadership-ready reports and insights enabling data-backed decision-making.
Ensure data integrity version control and accessibility across collaboration tools and systems.
4. Bid Management Support
Assist in opportunity qualification bid documentation tracking and process checkpoints where required.
Provide operational support during peak bid cycles leveraging understanding of proposal workflows.
End-to-end management of RFPs RFIs RFQs across multiple geographies.
Coordination with cross-functional teams (Sales Solutioning Finance Legal Delivery) to develop winning proposals.
Managing all bid documentation version control and repository updates.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with sales solutions commercial and legal teams for end to end deal closure.
Bring strategic thinking to influence solution & win strategy.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

Graduation or an equivalent degree.
Years of experience in global bid management/pre-sales (IT/BPM preferred).
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong MS office and excel reporting skills.
Excellent communication project management and stakeholder management.
