A well-established SEN school in Lambeth is seeking a reliable and organised Finance Officer to join the school on a full-time permanent basis. This role is central to the effective financial management of the school supporting budgeting reporting and day-to-day finance processes.

Education or SEN experience desirable
Working closely with the School Business Manager and senior leadership team you will support all aspects of the schools financial operations. Responsibilities will include processing invoices and purchase orders monitoring budgets reconciling accounts supporting audits and ensuring financial procedures are followed accurately.
This role would suit a Finance Officer who is organised detail-focused and comfortable working in a busy school environment.

Previous experience as a Finance Officer Finance Assistant or similar role
Experience using school finance systems (e.g. FMS PSF Xero RM or similar) desirable
Strong numeracy accuracy and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Experience in a school or SEN setting advantageous
