As Logistics Administrative (Security Area) you will support daily operational continuity by managing parcel related incidents across all delivery agencies in Spain. This role plays a key part in loss prevention internal investigations regulatory warehouse coordination and incident driven decision making ensuring compliance with operational and security standards while maintaining efficient communication between departments.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have

  • Maintain daily updated control of all shipments in incident status across different delivery agencies.

  • Resolve missing parcel cases assigning responsibility based on detailed investigation.

  • Lead and execute procedures related to customer claims damage reports parcel condition assessments and all processes linked to Operations and Security.

  • Manage incident documentation prepare reports and ensure accurate and timely internal communication.

  • Organize update and maintain records for all Security and Operations processes.

  • Ensure compliance with shipping parcel management and internal security regulations.

  • Support documentation tasks and coordination linked to the Regulatory Warehouse.

  • Participate in data collection KPI monitoring and performance metric reporting.

  • Assist in identifying trends and generating insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with agencies nationwide to manage operational incidents and resource allocation.

  • Contribute to identifying operational problems and proposing solutions.

  • Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and implementing new best practices.

  • Support internal investigations and gather relevant evidence for case resolution.

  • Contribute to loss prevention processes and shrinkage management across all InPost Iberia agencies.

Well what will the requirements be

  • 1 to 2 years in a similar position/ logistic environment.

  • Experience in logistics transportation operations administration and/or finance.

  • Strong analytical skills initiative teamwork mindset and effective corporate communication.

  • English proficiency.

  • French desirable.

  • Solid command of Excel and other data analysis tools/databases.
