Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

1.Asset & Facility Management: Oversee company assets including office equipment and warehouse facilities. Conduct regular physical inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records.

2.Local Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage end-to-end procurement for daily operations. Source negotiate with and maintain relationships with local Thai suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials.

3.Contract & Documentation Control: Organize archive and track all contracts and operational documents to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance.

4.Operational Reporting: Assist in tracking operational data and budget execution preparing reports to support management decision-making.

5.Cross-functional Support: Provide administrative support for HR functions such as employee engagement activities and cultural events to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

degree with at least 2 years of experience in administration logistics or procurement. Experience in a warehouse or industrial setting is preferred.

2.Language Proficiency: Native Thai speaker. Chinese and English skills are required as auxiliary languages to support cross-border communication and reporting.

in MS Office (Word Excel PPT) and management software.
