About the Role:


Carbiz is expanding in NSW and were looking for a driven and relationshipfocused Business Development Manager to lead growth across the Inner West Eastern and/or Lower North region of this role youll build and foster strategic partnerships with prospective clients and key stakeholders helping strengthen our presence in a rapidly growing market.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify target and develop new client relationships across the Inner West Eastern and/or Lower North region of Sydney

  • Schedule and conduct facetoface meetings with clients and referrers

  • Educate partners on Carbiz initiatives processes and points of difference

  • Log detailed activity visits and commentary to support accurate reporting

  • Manage new clients and ensure a seamless handover to the Partnership Success Team

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to anticipate new opportunities

About You

  • 3 years experience in fieldbased Sales Account Management or Business Development preferred (but not essential - we hire for attitude)

  • Valid drivers licence and ability to travel locally (Essential)

  • Proven ability to build longterm relationships with customers and clients

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and partnershipbuilding skills

  • Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities

  • A positive cando attitude with a collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional service
