Job Summary
Job Title: Construction Manager IMCM230126
Location: Rustenburg
Job Type: 12 month contract expected to work Full-Time hours
Job Duties:
Overseeing the planning and execution of projects ensuring they are completed safely on time within budget and to the required quality standards
Seconded for functional reporting to Operations Engineer carry legal responsibility for the project
Key Responsibilities:
Site Contractor Management
Safety compliance
Planning & Scheduling
Team Management (lead and motivate assign tasks monitor performance providing guidance and support)
Resource management (manage resources including personnel and materials equipment)
Budget Control
Risk management
Quality control / assurance
Problem solving
Stakeholder Management
Required Qualifications:
Qualified mechanical tradesman
Preferably a Construction Manager qualification and registration with ECSA or a GCC
Experience:
10-15 years experience
High skilled in construction of process plants
