Position Overview:

Were looking for a driven and collaborative Business Development Representative - Partnerto accelerateMedPro Disposals channel growth and expand our national partner this high-impact role youll work onsite at our Naperville office building relationships with healthcare associations technology platforms and other strategic partners to drive new business and long-term value.

Youll generate qualified leads for our sales teamfrom high-volume outbound prospecting to solution selling demos and qualifying leadswhile also nurturing partner relationships to generate new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and target healthcare prospects using outbound methods (calls email LinkedIn).
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to uncover pain points and communicate solution value.
  • Build and nurture relationships through the initial parts of the sales cycle maintain communication and relationships with partner channels
  • Deliver tailored software demos that address client-specific needs and compliance goals.
  • Overcome objections present compelling solutions and win new business.
  • Log all activity and progress using Salesforce HubSpot and outreach tools.
  • Collaborate with partners to source new deals educate them on MedPros offerings and provide regular updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to prospect qualify present negotiate and close sales opportunities in a quota-carrying role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce HubSpot or similar systems to manage pipeline tasks and performance metrics.
  • Effective time management attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field preferred; equivalent experience also considered.
  • Ambition to move into a senior channel sales role within 1218 months.
  • Nice to haves: experience in business development channel sales or familiarity within the healthcare industry
