Regional Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Area Manager East Bay / Inland Bay Area

Regional Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Area Manager is required to join a well-established industrial manufacturer specializing in filtration systems pumps pipes valves and fittings. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in key account management and territory growth.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical products such as filtration systems pumps pipes valves and fittings with proven experience in managing key accounts and growing territories. Experience in the industrial sector is essential and we welcome candidates who have a strong desire to take on a leadership role overseeing both existing and new business opportunities in the Orange County region.

This is a senior position with a focus on strategic sales managing a diverse range of accounts and overseeing the development of an existing territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key relationships while driving growth and increasing market share.

Regional Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Area Manager Role

  • Lead the East Bay / Inland Bay Area territory covering contractors OEMs resellers and end users.
  • Full responsibility for key account management and business development across the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales engineering applications) to drive customer success and business growth.
  • Focus on Pumps Filtration and fluid power equipment for industrial applications.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans identifying new opportunities and driving the sales process from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Regular travel within the territory to manage accounts attend meetings and execute sales strategy.
  • Based in locations such as Stockton Tracy Lodi Vacaville Davis

Regional Sales Manager / Territory Manager / Area Manager Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in outside sales with a strong background in territory management key account management or sales leadership.
  • Strong understanding of pipes valves fittings filtration systems and pumps. Previous experience with these technical products is highly preferred but we are open to candidates with transferable industrial product knowledge.
  • Proven ability to grow territories manage key accounts and drive new business development.
  • Experience in sales leadership or team management is highly desirable with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
  • Must reside in or near Orange County CA or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • Preferably from a background in filtration systems pumps or related mechanical products but we are open to candidates from other industrial sectors.
  • Willingness to learn new product lines and technologies with a strong desire for professional growth.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers clients and internal teams in a consultative sales environment.
