Job Summary

Waste Connectionsis looking for aSales Managerat our location in Clifton Park NY.

Manager our team of Territory Managerson all aspects of customer service including pro-active maintenance & retention pricing & service integrity managing Books of Business maintaining & managing their loss budget and negotiating service agreements.

JOB DUTIES:

Assist Sales team in the field as needed.
Assist in new hire selection process onboarding and training.
Must demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2 years outside sales/B2Bexperiencepreferred.
Waste industry experience preferred.
Experience with contract selling will be an asset.
Previous Sales supervision experience.
Computer literate - Salesforce experience is a plus!
Bachelors degree preferred.
Reliabletransportation&valid drivers license required- this position requires frequent driving.
Willingness and ability to relocate as career advances.
