Project Manager PMO

We have a great opportunity for aProject Manager/PMO to join our SIPP team. This is a permanent role that is based in our Cheltenham office working on a hybrid basis.

Thishybrid role combines hands-on project delivery with PMO responsibilities ensuring governance reporting and coordination across multiple workstreams. You will manage key projects within theprogrammewhile supporting overallprogrammegovernance.

A snapshot of your day:

• Lead the delivery of assigned projects or workstreams within the SIPP platform programme.

• Develop andmaintaindetailed project plans schedules and resource allocations.

• Manage risks issues and dependencies ensuringtimelyresolution.

• Engage and coordinate with stakeholders across technology operations and business teams.

• Maintain programme governance documentation including RAID logs dashboards and status reports.

• Support programme governance forums by preparing agendas tracking actions and ensuring compliance with standards.

We would like to hear from you if you have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within complex programmes.

• Strong understanding of PMO processes and governance frameworks.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile).

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.

• Experience in financial services or pensions industry (SIPP experience highly desirable).

• Knowledge of Financial Services platforms and migration projects (desirable)
