DescriptionWe have a great opportunity for aProject Manager/PMO to join our SIPP team. This is a permanent role that is based in our Cheltenham office working on a hybrid basis.
Thishybrid role combines hands-on project delivery with PMO responsibilities ensuring governance reporting and coordination across multiple workstreams. You will manage key projects within theprogrammewhile supporting overallprogrammegovernance.
A snapshot of your day:
Lead the delivery of assigned projects or workstreams within the SIPP platform programme.
Develop andmaintaindetailed project plans schedules and resource allocations.
Manage risks issues and dependencies ensuringtimelyresolution.
Engage and coordinate with stakeholders across technology operations and business teams.
Maintain programme governance documentation including RAID logs dashboards and status reports.
Support programme governance forums by preparing agendas tracking actions and ensuring compliance with standards.
We would like to hear from you if you have:
Proven experience as a Project Manager within complex programmes.
Strong understanding of PMO processes and governance frameworks.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile).
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
Experience in financial services or pensions industry (SIPP experience highly desirable).
Knowledge of Financial Services platforms and migration projects (desirable)
