Join our newly formed team as one of two Workforce Planning Analysts shaping the future of workforce planning across our Child Youth & Family services.
Reporting to the National Manager Workforce Planning & Rostering (Child Youth & Family) youll ensure our people are in the right place at the right time to deliver outstanding care and support. Youll work closely with local leadership and rostering teams to analyse workforce data support roster reviews update master rosters and provide insights that inform effective workforce planning and strategic staffing decisions.
As a core member of this new team youll embed best-practice workforce planning drive positive change and make a real impact on positive outcomes for children and young people we care for.
About You
Experience working within human services community services or not-for-profit organisations is highly regarded especially in complex values-driven environments supporting vulnerable children young people and families.
You enjoy working with data developing rosters and helping leaders make practical evidence-based decisions. Youre organised proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities while working independently in a flexible remote role. Most importantly you care about making a real difference for the people and communities we support.
