Job Summary
RUTLAND PUBLIC SCHOOLSVACANCY School CounselorRutland Intermediate School Rutland Intermediate School seeks a counselor with a strong skill set in trauma-informed practices restorative-informed practices and social-emotional learning to serve students in grades 3-6. Expectations will include providing skill-based learning to students with skill deficits in behavior management social interactions and emotional regulation. Skill-based interventions will take place across all settings including: in and outside the classroom individually and in small groups and within the community. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with both students and colleagues fostering collaborative relationships. Successful applicants must carry a current educational license through the Agency of Education. Position to begin August 20 2026.
