We are seeking a Director of Roofing and Board-Up to lead our roofing restoration and exterior emergency services. This role oversees roofing restoration emergency board-up and temporary repairs ensuring rapid response safety quality and profitability.
This is a newly created position and a new division of the company. The Director will be responsible for establishing the department from the ground up and driving growth scalability and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Roofing and Board-Up division including structure processes and performance standards
- Oversee emergency services and full roofing restoration projects
- Drive operational efficiency safety compliance and quality standards
- Manage budgets job costing and divisional performance
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers adjusters and vendors
- Recruit train and develop high-performing teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards building codes and company policies
- High school diploma/GED; Associates and/or Bachelors degree preferred
- 710 years of experience in roofing restoration including leadership role
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims and storm response
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced time-sensitive environments
- OSHA 30 and industry certifications preferred
Work Environment
- Office and field-based role with on-call availability during storm events
