Physician Assistant Orthopedic Surgery

Milford Regional Medical Center is seeking a Physician Assistant to support its Orthopedic Surgery team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing patient-centered team in a dynamic community setting.

About the Position

The Physician Assistant will work closely with orthopedic surgeons across a range of subspecialties including joint replacement sports medicine spine and other orthopedic disciplines. This role offers a balanced mix of surgical first assist responsibilities and pre- and post-operative patient care.

Position Highlights

Collaborate with a team of experienced orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice providers
Participate in the full spectrum of orthopedic surgical care
Provide patient-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Daytime evening and weekend shifts available

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Current Massachusetts Physician Assistant license and NCCPA certification
Minimum of one year of experience as a surgical PA required
Strong clinical and communication skills; a team-oriented mindset

Location

Milford is located just 40 minutes west of Boston and offers convenient access to major cities charming suburbs and natural attractions throughout the region.
