Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages (pediatrics adolescents adults geriatrics)
- Manage chronic illnesses injuries and acute care cases
- Perform routine exams cancer screenings immunizations and lifestyle counseling
- Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
- Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage
- Be supported by hospital-affiliated systems and physician-led governance
- Optionally participate in teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP/PA students
- Opportunity for involvement in hospital medicine and leadership/administrative roles
- Flexible schedule options are available; preference for candidates open to a full-time outpatient setting with shared call rotation.
- Preference for candidates interested in long-term commitment to the practice.
- Availability to start upon credentialing.
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Not open to Visa Candidates
- Candidates must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified.
- Candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted.
