St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time experienced Family Medicine Physician to join Stillwater Family Health Center in Stillwater NY-offering strong practice support flexible scheduling and opportunities for teaching and hybrid roles.

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages (pediatrics adolescents adults geriatrics)
• Manage chronic illnesses injuries and acute care cases
• Perform routine exams cancer screenings immunizations and lifestyle counseling
• Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage
• Be supported by hospital-affiliated systems and physician-led governance
• Optionally participate in teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP/PA students
• Opportunity for involvement in hospital medicine and leadership/administrative roles
• Flexible schedule options are available; preference for candidates open to a full-time outpatient setting with shared call rotation.
• Preference for candidates interested in long-term commitment to the practice.
• Availability to start upon credentialing.

• Candidates must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted.

• Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics - REQUIRED

- Include any expectations you have for them to become Board Certified (i.e. within 3 years). - REQUIRED

• Active NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

• Clean malpractice and licensing history - - REQUIRED * no exemptions
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED * no exemption required at presentation
