Whats the role
As a Lending Area Manager in Virtual Lending you will lead a team of lenders delivering personalised financial solutions through digital channels including video and phone consultations. Your team will support customers who choose to bank online ensuring they receive timely expert guidance and a seamless endtoend experience.
You will champion a customercentric culture strengthen referral and partnership networks and apply datadriven discipline to pipeline management risk oversight and performance outcomes. Through strong leadership and coaching youll build capability drive sustainable growth and foster trusted longterm customer relationships in a virtual environment.
This is a permanent full-time position based in Sydney NSW or Lomond TAS.
What do I need
- Proven people leadership in home lending or in retail banking environment (focused on Home Lending) with a track record of coaching sales teams to exceed goals.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven performance levers analytics and disciplined pipeline management.
- An understanding of the endtoend home lending journey and driving significant customer outcomes.
- Solid capability in managing risk and regulatory obligations.
- Strength in stakeholder management and building productive referral networks.
- You naturally align to our values Helpful Ethical Leading Change Performing and Simple and you use them to guide decisions and outcomes.
