Position Summary
Manages establishes standards and assigns the day-to-day activities of administrative assistants within a department group or company. Oversees training of new administrative assistants organizing their schedules timesheets personnel databases and other clerical tasks. Serves as a liaison with management to implement new company processes and identify streamlining opportunities.
Role Summary:
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership ensuring seamless coordination effective communication and efficient execution of daily priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail discretion and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars schedule meetings appointments and travel itineraries.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare review and organize documents reports presentations and communication on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate leadership meetings track action items and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Support strategic initiatives through research data collation and project coordination.
- Manage expense reports invoices and other administrative documentation.
- Assist in organizing events town halls and team engagement activities.
- Proactively anticipate executive needs and provide solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent field preferred.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook) scheduling tools and collaboration platforms.
- High level of professionalism discretion and reliability.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Experience in a fast-paced corporate or tech environment.
- Ability to build rapport across teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
