We currently have a fixed term (6 months) opportunity for ITSM Change and Release Specialist to join our team.
As an integral part of the Service Delivery team you will be responsible for all centralised change and release activities across all environments (production & non-production) hosting Digital and Technology (D&T) services you will work collaboratively across both internal D&T product and operations teams to ensure change and releases are delivered on schedule with minimal disruption to services.
You will take ownership of the daytoday coordination of change release and configuration activities acting as the central point of control for ensuring our environments remain reliable compliant and wellgoverned. With a continuous improvement mindset youll review and refine lifecycle processes to embed best practice into BAU operations and support a culture of operational excellence.

The Position
Execute the daily change and release (including configuration) management of live product environments within D&T.
Manage and conduct a comprehensive operational review of the change and release management lifecycle to ensure effective processes are embedded into BAU activities. This includes planning monitoring and executing transversal releases and recording accurate configuration details for the live production environment at all times.
Own the Change and Release Management drive release governance and compliance across all teams.
Define and develop automation improvements and oversee delivery into production environments offering value and improvements to our end customers.
Manage all internal transversal release management processes and release calendar activities.
Ensuresclear and concisecommunication of changes that will impact the business/project.
Revise and recommend Change and Release Management plans schedules (calendars) policies processes and procedures that reflect ITIL best practices. Maintain ITSM toolset and other enterprise tools in support of D&T Change and Release Management.
Provide individualised instruction for D&T teams on the Change and Release Management key process areas associated templates and procedures.
Identify opportunities to continuously improve.
Review Requests for Change (RFCs) to ensure the appropriate priority levels and details are provided in accordance with the CR Review Checklist
Develop measure and analyse as well as design and generate metric reports.
Lead in Change and Release Planning and pre and post Release Deployment activities and CAB meetings.
Facilitate Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs).
Participate in upgrades maintain and continually improve the configuration of the ITSM toolset according to best practices based on an understanding of the platforms history and future direction.
Interpret IT service management requirements and design solutions including process and workflows.
Working closely with D&T caregivers to verify toolset requirements and configure data sources to achieve necessary solutions.
You will have 3 years proven experience working in Change and Release Management within a similar complex operating environment knowledge of technical support industry standards and practices and the ability to troubleshoot problems think critically and provide solutions to a wide array of technological service issues as they arise.
It is highly regarded if you have ITIL V4 Certification and/or a Degree or Cert IV in information technology computer science or engineering and possess strong Health industry knowledge and experience for solutions and services.

We can offer you
Salary $103300 to $114700 plus 12% Superannuation
6-month fixed term full-time position with possibility for extension
Working 38 hours per week
Located in Perth CBD office with 40% work from home option
