Job Summary
Transformation Delivery and Change supports clients to design run and assure complex transformation programs across people process technology and organisation. We bring strengths in program and project management PMO change and delivery confidence.
As clients respond to rapid digital and AIdriven change evolving policies rising expectations and increasing regulatory pressures demand for our support continues to grow. Our Canberra team is expanding to help organisations navigate complexity and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Your Opportunity:
We are seeking a Manager Transformation Delivery and Change for a permanent role in Canberra. You will lead a small team and manage components of one or more client engagements bring delivery discipline and change knowhow and contribute to assurance and delivery confidence activities. You will also provide direction and onthejob coaching to junior team members while ensuring effective client and risk management.
We are seeking candidates with broad skills and experience across all aspects of transformation including project and program management assurance and change management. Your work may involve:
- Helping set up projects and programs by contributing to scope definition delivery plans and effective ways of working.
- Supporting the daytoday operation of PMOs including coordinating reporting tracking risks and issues and maintaining tools that keep delivery on track.
- Leading a small team to progress program activities ensuring schedules actions and decision points are clearly maintained and communicated.
- Assisting with change design and delivery including organisational design inputs communications leadership engagement and culture or behaviourchange initiatives.
- Supporting the practical implementation of change by helping stakeholders understand new ways of working and contributing to the realisation of project and program benefits.
- Building strong working relationships with clients helping them navigate organisational regulatory and transformation pressures.
- Contribute to assurance and delivery confidence reviews by gathering evidence preparing analysis and identifying risks or improvement opportunities.
You do not need experience in every area. We welcome people with strengths in some aspects of transformation who are keen to learn and contribute across diverse engagements.
Qualifications :
- Experience managing components of projects coordinating team activity and supporting delivery quality.
- Experience contributing to or leading elements of digital AIenabled or technologysupported transformation.
- Experience coaching and developing junior team members.
- Comfortable working in complex ambiguous environments with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at different levels.
- Commitment to continuous improvement including awareness of how AI and automation can support transformation.
- Exposure to assurance or deliveryconfidence reviews.
- Professional certification such as PROSCI PRINCE2 Agile PMBOK MSP or MoP.
