About the role Red Cross Training Services is a nationally recognised training provider delivering quality outcomes for our clients through relevant training and education programs. Red Cross Mental Health trainers are responsible for ensuring the delivery of non-accredited Mental Health courses on behalf of Red Cross First Aid & Mental Health RTO ID 3605 within a classroom by a national administrative team you will ensure training and all relevant resources are set up and delivered to a professional standard meeting WHS Mental Health First Aid Australia and Red Cross you will bringMust be a current and accredited MHFA in facilitating training in community and corporate ability to engage students with capacity for compassion and understanding given the content of the level of verbal and written communication and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable along with relevant industry-based training certificates and experience.A current Australian Drivers Licence and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements for this that act for you while you act for humanity Financial wellbeing: In addition to your salary you can take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and get more from your salary.
