Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to managing and maintaining a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing policy expirations coordinating renewals and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65000 - $80000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 35-40 small to mid-sized accounts with a total book of business ranging from $500000 to $700000 in revenue.
- Oversee policy expirations and coordinate timely renewals.
- Request and verify carrier bids to ensure compliance with client specifications.
- Assist in marketing efforts premium determination and preparation of presentation materials.
- Review policies for accuracy process transactions and generate invoices.
- Respond to client and carrier inquiries documenting service issues and meetings as needed.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files in compliance with E&O guidelines.
- Support management with special projects and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing at least 20 accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Professional demeanor and communication skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and reliability.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
