Key Responsibilities
M&A Integration Program Management

Application Integration & Migration

Work with application owners and technical teams to estimate timelines and resources for application migration.

Define migration strategies and integration requirements aligned with the overall M&A integration program.

Ensure successful migration and integration of critical business applications.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Manage relationships with corporate IT teams divisional stakeholders and newly acquired organizations.

Provide clear communication regarding how integration activities impact business operations.

Act as the central point of coordination across business and technical teams.
Project Governance & Reporting

Manage project deliverables and ensure adherence to project timelines and integration milestones.

Provide weekly executive summaries and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with application integration and migration.
Required Skills

6-8 years of experience in IT Project Management.

Experience managing Merger & Acquisition (M&A) integration projects.

Strong understanding of application migration and integration strategies.
