Typical Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day security operations.
- Manage incident reports review track and investigate all incidents
- Train staff in safety and security processes and procedures
- Review current procedures practices policies and update (including emergency plans first aid active shooter overdose awareness etc.)
- Supervise hire coach evaluate and schedule security guards at client sites.
- Maintain proactive communication with client contacts.
- Participate in the onboarding of new employees
- Establish relationships with local law enforcement and emergency agencies
- Establish a proactive approach to safety and security
Requirements
- 5 Years Security Experience or related field law enforcement military etc.
- 2 years Supervisor / Management experience
- High School Diploma
- Associates Degree
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid Michigan Drivers License
- Ability to obtain a Michigan Concealed Pistol License
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Equivalent
