We are looking for compassionate resilient and motivated Residential Support Workers who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
Building positive relationships with young people families and professionals
Supporting young people with daily routines education and emotional wellbeing
Contributing to care plans and risk assessments
Maintaining accurate and high-quality records
Supporting young people to develop independence and life skills
No previous experience is required you will receive 3 weeks of classroom training followed by shadow shifts to ensure you feel confident and supported.
You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care this is not deemed equivalent
You only have HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
