Job Summary
At Finsolutia we are growing our SaaS platform for mortgage brokers and credit intermediaries and we are looking for a Product Designer with 2 years of experience to support the evolution of intuitive and scalable user experiences.
This role is ideal for a designer who is eager to grow in a product-led environment works well with guidance and collaboration and is motivated to learn how to design complex workflows within a regulated industry.
You will work closely with product managers engineers and other designers to contribute to the design of user-centric solutions across the platform.
Whats Your Role in This Journey
- UX & UI Design: Contribute to the design of user flows wireframes prototypes and UI components for a SaaS platform supporting end-to-end design activities.
- Collaboration with Product & Engineering: Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into clear usable design solutions.
- Prototyping & Design Tools: Create and iterate designs using Figma or similar tools ensuring consistency and usability across the product.
- Design Systems & Consistency: Use and contribute to the existing design system to maintain visual and interaction consistency across the platform.
- User Feedback & Iteration: Support usability testing collect feedback and iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder input.
What do We Expect from You
- 2 years of experience as a Product Designer UX/UI Designer or similar role preferably within a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Figma or equivalent design tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles interaction design and basic usability best practices.
- Ability to translate product requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams with product and engineering.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Attention to detail and a user-focused mindset.
Bonus Points
- Fluency in Spanishand/orEnglish
- Experience in mortgage insurance fintech proptech or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with design systems.
- Exposure to B2B products or complex workflows.
