Overview
We are seeking a skilled Web & UX Designer to join our team focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences that drive practical usage and meet real-world this role you will play an important part in understanding user scenarios ensuring consistency in behavioral patterns and designing intuitive interfaces that enhance the overall user journey.
- 3 years of commercial experience in web/ux/ui design.
- Confident proficiency in Figma.
- Experience working with components libraries and design frameworks.
- Ability to design user flows interface logic scenarios
- Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to design.
- English B2
- Will be strong plus: experience in building and maintaining design systems.
Work approach
- Flexibility in decisionmaking (sometimes youll need to prepare several design concepts).
- Readiness for changes during the project lifecycle.
- Ability to quickly produce sketches and low-fidelity prototypes to present ideas.
Personal qualities
- Strong communication skills.
- Responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to work independently.
Scope of typical tasks
- In 2 words: maintaining updating and optimizing existing templates within the ecosystem. Creating new concepts with a focus on responsive design usability and performance while supporting additional web initiatives when needed. Contributing to the Design System
Portfolio required
Applicants must provide a link to recent works (may be figma behance dribble) that demonstrate their approach to ux and visual design (websites platforms interfaces etc.).
