Salary: $45000 $48000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Support the leadership and daily management of the center
- Maintain compliance with Michigan licensing health and safety regulations
- Hire train and develop teaching and administrative staff
- Help drive enrollment retention and family satisfaction
- Oversee staffing scheduling payroll support and operational processes
- Conduct school tours and assist with community outreach
- Promote a positive professional and accountable work culture
- Previous experience in childcare leadership preschool administration or center management
- Strong organizational leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of licensing and operational requirements
- Passion for team development and quality early childhood education
