Responsibilities
To manage oversee plan and develop all aspects of Rehabilitation Services quality of care in collaboration with medical staff leadership to achieve clinical and service objectives fiscal performance targets and the strategic plan and service line goals of AHMC- ARMC. This position is responsible for the overall direction of the following departments: inpatient and outpatient Rehabilitation Services. The position is accountable to County State and Federal agencies as well as Joint Commission for maintaining compliance with all applicable laws regulations and standards. |
Qualifications
Education/Training/Experience
- Current California Physical Therapist License required
- BCLS certificate required
- 5 years of progressive management experience in an imaging setting/acute care hospital preferred
- Demonstrated experience and competency in operations improvement clinical program development organizational development and financial management.
- Bachelors degree in health care-related field.
- Advanced degree in health-care related field or business preferred.
- Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements for imaging and related modalities.
