**Stakeholder Engagement:** Maintain productive relationships with the Sheriffs Department and collaborate with leadership vendors hospitals patients and families. -
**Strategic Development:** Offer strategic input in crafting revising and monitoring annual objectives for Correctional Health Services. -
**Team Leadership:** Recruit train nurture supervise and assess the performance of provider and physician staff to optimize service quality. -
**Supervision of Advanced Practice Providers:** Act as a supervising physician and offer consultation to nursing leadership. -
**Educational Role:** Deliver medical education and training for residents students and advanced practice providers.

**Qualifications:**
- Completion of ACGME or AMA-accredited residency program.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in the relevant specialty.

- Active Texas Medical License or willingness to obtain one within 180 days.
- Capacity to provide at least one professional reference from the past 24 months.
- Demonstrated strong leadership communication and collaboration skills among physicians.
- Clean malpractice and licensing history.- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Proven ability to recruit develop and inspire medical teams.
- Experience in multidisciplinary healthcare settings.
- Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days).
