Job Summary
Title: Services Recruiter
Location: Irvine California (Onsite)
Role Overview
PurpleDrive is looking for a Services Recruiter to support hiring activities for one of our key clients in the electrical power distribution HVAC and thermal management sector. The recruiter will manage candidate sourcing screening coordination with hiring managers and pre-onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals databases referrals and other recruiting channels.

Conduct candidate outreach through calls messages and emails to engage potential candidates.

Perform pre-screening of candidates to evaluate qualifications experience and role fit.

Submit qualified candidate profiles to hiring managers and client stakeholders with screening notes.

Coordinate interview scheduling and track feedback from hiring managers and clients.

Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracking systems (ATS).

Handle pre-onboarding activities including documentation collection and onboarding coordination prior to candidate start date.

Ensure consistent communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications

Experience in recruitment staffing or talent acquisition.

Strong experience in candidate sourcing and outreach.

Working knowledge of job portals such as Indeed ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn for job postings and candidate sourcing.

Experience with direct candidate outreach and engagement.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines.

Strong communication organization and follow-up skills.
