Location: City Vets working across all four sites
Hours: Part-time 35.1 hours per week
Your role and responsibilities
City Vets are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate receptionist to join our friendly and forward-thinking this role you will have the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills. The role requires a caring confident and mature approach to all aspects of veterinary practice and client care.
This role is vital to maintaining the high standards expected throughout our exceptional team. You will work closely with the Client Care Manager to deliver an outstanding experience for clients and visitors. An essential aspect of this role is to maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
This is a roaming role where you will be working across all sites to cover annual leave and absences a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our entire team and enjoy variety every week!
This is a permanent part-time role working 35.1 hours per week on average. 1 in 7 Saturdays and 1 in 15 Sundays.
The role is varied and will include (but is not limited to) the following:
Greeting clients and their pets with a friendly and helpful manner
Diary management
Maintaining accurate client records in line with data protection regulations
Day to day administrative duties.
Communicating with clients colleagues and the wider business face-to-face through email and telephone
Maintaining the organisation and hygiene standards of the reception areas
Processing payments in various forms
Processing repeat medication requests.
