Job Summary

Job Title: Red Team Coordinator

Location: Lisboa Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (3x office days)

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Lead and coordinate Red Team operations while actively participating in offensive security engagements.
Plan and execute penetration tests adversary simulations and attack scenarios with clear scope and rules of engagement.
Produce high-quality technical and executive reports presenting findings and recommendations to clients and leadership.
Manage engagement timelines priorities and resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Manage and mentor Red Team members promoting technical excellence knowledge sharing and continuous skill development.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

5 years of experience responsible for managing the Red Team while also acting as an active member of the team.
A strong get-things-done profile with a high sense of responsibility is required.
Proven ability to manage teams; a hands-on profile is highly valued
Strong communication skills with both internal colleagues and clients
Mandatory possession of at least two of the following certifications:

eCPPTv2 CEH OSCP PNPT CPTS CPENT CRTP ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor CREST Registered Tester CompTIA PenTest OSEP
