Job Summary

Retail Sales Executive

We are Indias largest and most definitive place for fine writing instruments and accessories and a leader in personalized corporate gifting.

Responsibilities:

Managing the delivery of products and services to customers.
Creating an interactive engaging and reassuring store experience to build customer confidence.
Following the selling process and adhering to the standard operating procedure and organizational policies.
Ensuring the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.
Utilizing time effectively including upgrading communication skills gaining knowledge of SOPs and managing stock.
Completing operational duties such as paperwork and sales reports related to store opening and closing.
Addressing customer inquiries regarding product offerings pricing billing etc.
Achieving established sales objectives by selling products and services.
Handling customer escalations.
Working a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
Standing in an enclosed area 100% of the shift while assisting customers.

Requirements

Requirements:

1 year of working experience in retail sales.
Availability to work during retail hours weekends and public holidays.
Well-groomed highly motivated aggressive and passionate about sales.
Good command of spoken English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels.

Benefits

Salary will be between 20-30k per month.
