Job Summary



  • Collect validate and maintain accurate and up-to-date management information across departments.
  • Develop customize and automate regular and ad-hoc reports using tools such as Excel Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends anomalies and performance indicators for management review.
  • Maintain MIS databases and ensure data integrity security and compliance with internal policies.
  • Prepare executive summaries and dashboards for leadership to support strategic planning and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with IT and finance teams to integrate data sources and streamline reporting workflows.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely updates on operational progress.
  • Support audit preparation and compliance reporting by ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
  • Continuously improve MIS processes through process optimization and technology adoption.


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Statistics or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in MIS data analysis or administrative support within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP) PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights clearly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with database management and data entry best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
