Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Learning and Development Executive to support the design delivery and evaluation of structured learning initiatives within a consulting environment. The role will assist in developing training materials coordinating learning programs and supporting capability development aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of training materials and learning content.
- Assist in delivering and coordinating internal training programs.
- Maintain learning records and support LMS administration.
- Collect feedback and support evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Work closely with consultants and management to support skills development initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management Learning & Development or a related field.
- 12 years experience in training HR or learning support roles (internship experience acceptable).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with LMS tools.
- Detail-oriented professional and eager to learn in a consulting environment.
