ABOUT THE CLIENT:

Our Client is a boutique Brisbane-based real estate agency focused on providing people-centric service transparency and expert property management. We manage hundreds of properties across Brisbane handling everything from tenant screening to maintenance and are committed to being approachable responsive and reliable.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an organized proactive and creative Administration Support person to assist with both real estate admin tasks and social media engagement. This role will support the property management and sales teams help keep our digital presence strong and ensure our clients and tenants have seamless high-quality experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the scheduling and posting social media content across platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc.)

  • Pre-fill and prepare documentation for potential clients for sales of property form 6 contacts etc

  • Using a template in canva making printable materials and brochures

  • Assist with creating pre-sale post-sale and property management forms

  • Provide general administrative and sales support to the team

  • Report directly to the founder for task allocation and performance



Requirements

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 13 years in executive admin real estate or marketing support roles

  • Software:

    • Microsoft Office Suite

    • PropertyMe

    • Canva (minimal usage)

IDEAL CANDIDATE TRAITS

  • High attention to detail and excellent time management

  • Confident written communication skills

  • Takes initiative and comfortable working independently

  • Familiar with Australian real estate terminology and practices nice to have if they have realestate USA

  • Flexible and responsive to a dynamic paced environment

  • Editing social media posts (1 min Reels - Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok)

NON-NEGOTIABLES / NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Must-haves:

    • Prior admin experience

    • Social media scheduling/posting skills

    • Strong written and verbal English

  • Nice to have:

    • Real estate industry experience

    • Canva or design tool familiarity

    • Editing social media posts (1 min Reels - Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok)

    • SEO (basic)

Required Skills:

At least 3 years experience in Administration; Scheduling Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems with demonstrated experience in data management and system administration; Intermediate Word and Excel skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
