Job Summary
Introduction
Duties & Responsibilities
* To run the entire packing room room (Production)
* Fres production and frozen production
* Chiller and freezer management
* Staff and compliment management
* Order and goal management
* Management reports
* NCR and root cause investigation management
* FSSC 22000 competency
* YUM competency
* The usual industry standard duties associated with poultry production (packing) floor management
* No criminal record
* Trustworthy with sober habits
Note: They slaughter every second weekend and the position needs to be on duty every every other weekend
Stock takes also happen monthly and need to be performed
Overtime is payble for this
Desired Experience & Qualification
* Relevant experience in Poutry Industry
* FSSC 22000 knowledge
* YUM competency preferably
Package & Remuneration
R35 000 to R45 000 pm negotiable depending on experience
Overtime is payable for on duty every second weekend
