Key job responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing technical teams providing strategic guidance and fostering professional growth
- Optimize data center operations through continuous process improvement and innovative solutions
- Manage complex infrastructure projects including maintenance of existing facilities and strategic expansion of new data centers
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational performance
- Drive operational excellence by implementing robust metrics incident management and capacity planning strategies

- Experience in people management and team development
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure design operations or delivery
- Experience in at least one infrastructure tech domain (e.g. networking storage server OS Windows/Linux platforms)

- Experience in data center engineering or operations
