About the role:

Were looking for a highly proactive and confident Personal Assistant to support two senior global leaders: the Global Director of Product Business Development and the Global Director of Marketing both based in London and operating in a fastpaced international environment.

This is a varied and hightrust role where youll be at the centre of complex global operations. Youll act as a true partner to both Directors anticipating needs managing priorities and ensuring their time is used effectively across multiple time zones.

In this role you will:

  • Provide endtoend PA and administrative support across two busy global portfolios
  • Proactively manage complex diaries and inboxes acting as a gatekeeper where needed
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
  • Organise all travel and logistics including itineraries visas and meeting schedules
  • Build strong trusted relationships to enable autonomy and seamless support
  • Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders across the global business
  • Use initiative to identify tasks you can own streamline processes and improve ways of working
  • Work closely with other senior PAs to share workload and provide cover when required

What were ideally looking for:

Youll be a confident organised and resilient PA who is comfortable supporting senior leaders and navigating competing priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Ideally youll bring:

  • At least 3 years experience supporting senior leaders in a PA EA or secretarial role
  • Proven experience managing complex diaries inboxes and global meeting schedules
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and work proactively
  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Advanced skills in Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • A calm flexible and resilient approach with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support wider PA networks
  • An interest in improving processes and embracing new technology and AI tools
