What this job involves

The main focus of the role will be upon Settlement of Intercompany positions:

Prepare Finance BV settlement proposal

Send Finance BV settlement proposal to BV

Net AP & AR (Marking invoices as settled)

Prepare the proposal of cash settlement

Pay AP Voucher and close AP open item

Record payment to close AR

Monitor and chase to ensure timely settlement compliant with policy

Investigate and resolve simple disputes escalating to senior analyst where unable to resolve

To apply you need:

Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification

1-3 years of transactional accounting experience in a corporate environment

Key skills

Leads on the review of transactions to decide settlement method (netted or non-netted) and has full knowledge of countries that are netted/non-netted.

Leads on determining vendor and customer final balances and leads on seeking approval for these from BV.

Leads on the settlement of balances to reflect payments made and ensures realized gains and losses are cleared appropriately and in a timely manner.

Can provide advice guidance and coaching on the completion of tasks required to perform intercompany accounting however is still building expertise on the end-to-end Intercompany process.

Requires relatively little oversight in the execution of tasks

Supports focus upon continuous process improvement

Take ownershipfor personal development; seeking out new experiences/skills coaching training courses development opportunities etc...

Keep abreast with JLL policies accounting standards and company/JLL objectives
