Job Summary
Duties Procurement Analyst: Reviews and analyzes purchase requisitions. Processes purchase requisitions purchase change orders and requests for quotes to suppliers Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity Responsible for reporting and spend analysis Work closely with Legal team on Contract review and approvals Interacts closely with Sourcing team Legal Finance Internal stakeholderssuppliers to resolve quality issues. Skills In order to be successful in this role we need someone who has: Bachelors degree preferably in business supply chain operations management. 1 years supply chain related functions preferably having Procurement Operations experiences Experience with ERP (SAP and BPC) in a medium to large organization (required) Project management experience a plus Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships Ability to influence without authority vertically and horizontality throughout the organization and with cross-functional teams Excel and financial modeling skills. Ability to create and perform analyses of large amounts of data. Business analysis skills with the ability to see implications and provide consultative solutions and recommendations Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
