Job Summary
FULL TIME - 90 DAY CONTRACT / SAN DIEGO CA

The Photography Coordinator supports the end-to-end photo production process with an emphasis on pre-production assistance on-set support and foundational post-production tasks. Will report to the Director of Photography.
THE WORK
- Assist with photo shoots supporting the on-set team in roles such as Grip lighting technicians and digital capture (Digitech).
- Learning commercial photography
- Pre-Production
- Assist with ideation and creation of concept decks moodboards and shotlists.
- Learn to translate brand style guidelines into concepting and mood boarding.
- Support concept deck buildouts ensuring visual consistency and alignment with agency design standards.
- Prep gear packages and studio needs based on shot list requirements
Requirements
- Can compose basic shots under direction
- Proficient in studio lighting setup and breakdown
- Lighting plots
- Strong equipment handling inventory and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient camera operation
- Artistic eye in building presentation decks
