WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with brand objectives.
Prepare sales forecasts budgets and reports on sales activities and performance.
Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Represent the company at industry events trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and expand network.
MUST HAVES:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience as a Sales Officer or similar role in the Food and Beverages FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of sales principles methods practices and techniques.
Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
