Job Description

The Inspire Value Consultant is a role that operates together with our customer-centric Value teams to demonstrate the value of ServiceNows solutions for our customers business transformation objectives.

S/he will provide expertise to assess how the core capabilities of the ServiceNow platform translate to business value for our customers. The ideal candidate has consulting experience at a leading strategy / consulting firm. S/he is detail-oriented proactive and analytical and will serve as a centralized resource helping drive productivity consistency and operational efficiency across customer-facing consulting engagements. S/he will play a key role in supporting business value assessments data analysis research and scalable delivery of strategic content

This Inspire Value Consultant is responsible for these specific areas of responsibility including: 

1. Strategic Value Consulting & Discovery
   Partner with Value Strategists Consultants and field teams to understand customer outcomes and value levers. Lead discovery sessions prioritize workloads and support strategic engagements through BVAs Executive POVs and value hypothesis development.
2. Financial Modeling & Value Consulting
   Build ROI TCO and business case models using customer data Excel and value engineering tools (including AI-enabled analysis). Apply strong financial acumen to quantify how ServiceNow solutions impact customer business performance.
3. Industry & Customer Research
   Conduct deep research on customer industries trends peer benchmarks and business challenges to inform consulting engagements and strengthen data-driven recommendations.
4. Compelling Storytelling & Executive Communication
   Create and deliver high-quality insight-led business cases and value assessments with clear quantitative and qualitative narratives. Collaborate with field teams to craft compelling visual and verbal stories that resonate with executives and position ServiceNow as a trusted partner.
5. Asset Management & Process Optimization
   Maintain reusable assets (templates models benchmarks case studies) and continuously improve value consulting workflows to ensure consistency scalability and high-quality on-time delivery across engagements.

S/he is expected to roll up their sleeves and is equally able to manage communications with the field teams and shared services stakeholders throughout the process to deliver a positive ServiceNow experience in a high-tempo timeframe. S/he will also operate with a speed and scale mindset.  The geographies that S/he will support are EMEA & APJ.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry. 
• 3 years at a top tier consulting firm designing and driving transformational change for clients investment banking or data science
• Understanding of AI architecture &  models is a big plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a plus.
• Exceptional financial acumen and modeling skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into visual and business-ready output.
• Superior organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize
• Computer Science engineering background are strongly preferred
